Let’s make one thing clear: the Costco-brand clothes aren’t half bad. They may be generic, but they’re cheap and hold up alright. The name-brand clothes that you might stumble upon at the store, on the other hand, aren’t as appealing as their tags may make them appear to be.

Sure, they’re cheaper than normal, but stop to think for a second why they’re at Costco and not somewhere else. These clothes are defective somehow, and that’s why they’re being sold for cheap. If you want true quality, skip the name-brand stuff.
