Some drivers are totally arrogant. They think that rules and car parking regulations are made to be broken. The person writing this note also thinks the same. He made it clear to the parker that the spot labeled ‘C’ is theirs, not his.
Apart from this, he even pointed out that yellow lines are drawn to park cars in between them, not over them. He thought this wasn’t enough. He visually represented the parking scene and pointed out where and how to park.
