India boasts the accolade of the world’s tallest statue.The height of the architectural piece in question is 597 feet and is referred to as the Statue of Unity. It pays homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who was an Indian Independence Movement leader.
Construction was completed in 2018, and a reveal was held on the 143rd anniversary of his birth date on the 31st October 2018. It’s one of the must-see sites to be viewed while on holiday and to take pictures of this impressive monument.
