It’s always difficult when you have thin walls. While you want to be respectful and not annoy your neighbors, you’re also conscious of the fact that if you’re paying the rent, you can do whatever the heck you want to do.
That’s why this person decided that they weren’t going to stop playing the same song over and over again. They wanted to listen to it, so they didn’t care if it was an awful song and was irritating the person next door. They could have stopped, but they weren’t going to.
