As many people know, you can’t believe everything you read on the internet. Just because you find a “fact” doesn’t mean it has been backed up by scientific research or anything like that.
When it comes to the three-second rule, the same concept applies. For Korean skincare, some believe that it’s best to apply any beauty products to your face no longer than three seconds after you have cleansed it. Boy, that certainly doesn’t give a lot of room for error.
