For most people, if they’re ever told by someone that the first time they met them they wanted to kill them, they’d probably never speak to that individual again. Not for Bella, though, as when Edward decided to confess that revelation to her in the very first movie, she basically responded by saying that she trusted him.
We’re not exactly sure if trust should be gained when someone tells you that but to each their own. Looking back, it’s kind of insane that the scene even occurred.
