Yes, on one hand, it does make sense that the Cullens attended high school as they wanted to appear to be normal teenagers. Lest we forget, though, that Edward, out of the entire family, is the only one who’s physically a minor.
And, even in spite of that, Edward could’ve very easily passed as being in his 20s. The Cullens time in high school has been a topic of discussion for even the most hardcore of Twilight enthusiasts. It was just kind of never explained in detail.
