Oh, the papercut scene. Even though it may not be one of the most memorable in the franchise, it’s one that vividly sticks out in many fans’ minds. At the beginning of New Moon, Bella ends up getting a papercut from a birthday card.
The events that this action triggers are then truly insane. First off, it causes Jasper to lose control and attempt to attack her. Then, it forces Edward to break up with her and flee out of Forks due to a concern over her safety. And it all started with a papercut.
