As much as we love when adults make silly mistakes trying to use emojis and the lingo of young people, we have to acknowledge that it can occasionally get them into some pretty hot water.
This mom sent her child a text about someone in the family passing away, capping it off with a “LOL.” Apparently she thought that “LOL” meant lots of love, and when she was informed of what it truly meant, she realized that she sent quite the insensitive text to many people. That one is gonna be pretty hard to explain!
