[post_page_title]When autocorrect breaks saddening news[/post_page_title]
There are so many instances of autocorrect livening up a conversation, but this is a case where autocorrect simply cannot be tolerated. It is already serious enough that this person had to go back to the doctor, and now he was told he had cancer.

The doctor manning the phone might have accidentally changed “Dr. Smith” to “Dr. Cancer”, but the punctuation certainly makes it look like he was told that he has it. Dr. Smith will have to turn off the autocorrect function, otherwise, more people may be emotionally affected.
