Adults are kind of late to be faced with technology. They do not get used to it, and even worse, they do not understand the ways we use text to express ourselves like in real life via various forms.
This mother did not know that using capital letters is to signify that she was shouting, and she had no idea she was “shouting” to her son like she was pressuring him to book the train tickets. At least, her son won’t need to bear with her shouting physically, but just laugh at her texts.
