Acronyms are useful when conveying words in shorter forms. If the other party understands, that is. It is not the case for this water delivery guy. As always, adults do not always get the meaning of such young acronyms that they end up confusing themselves and send the wrong texts.
While this water delivery guy was trying to get the address (add) of this customer, the sender thought he was asking her to be more respectful. But who would want you to be nicer so as to deliver water? This is a facepalm moment.
