If you have ever studied Australia or have even ever been to the country, you’ve probably heard of (or maybe have had) The Lamington. Arguably, the best aspect of it is the fact that it’s so incredibly simple to make.

This is all that goes into making one. It all starts with a buttery sponge cake. The cake is cut up into squares, and then it’s coated with desiccated coconut and chocolate glaze. Yep, it’s literally that simple. It always tastes better in Australia, though.
