For most people, what you’re seeing in the picture would be enough reason to be convinced of this food’s magic. It has an interesting backstory behind it, though. This treat is known as the Peach Melba. It was actually created in honor of one of the most iconic singers of all time, Nellie Melba.
The dish is a superb combination of raspberry sauce, peaches, and vanilla ice cream (though different flavors of ice cream can be used). Are you sold right about now?
