Poll the people over in Australia on what they think the best drink available is, and a great chunk of them are going to say lemon, lime, and bitters. As a matter of fact, and this is not official or anything like that, it’s often referred to as the national drink of the country.
Also, it’s a drink that is typically made using Angostura bitters. Given how old it is and given its popularity, we can only imagine that the darn drink is pretty amazing.
