When you think of kangaroos, most people will think of Australia. It only makes sense then that people in Australia would love to dine on the meat. We know many people couldn’t fathom eating a kangaroo, but people love to eat unique types of meat.
As for what kangaroo tastes like, it’s almost like a more potent flavor of beef. You could even say it’s somewhat of a gamey meat, and it’s also pretty lean. Depending on how you cook it, the flavor can change, though.
