Some foods sound awful but actually turn out to be quite tasty. You be the judge, do you think that kangaroo tail soup sounds awful? We do if that makes you feel any better. While we don’t have personal experience to answer whether or not it’s good, it must be to some Aussies.
As far as what goes into kangaroo tail soup (besides the obvious), chefs will also throw in some onions, herbs, seasoning, carrots, celery, and various other ingredients. It’s starting to sound a little better, right?
