Depending on your preferences, you may prefer taste over texture or the other way around. Or, maybe they’re equal in importance to you. Most everyone can agree, regardless, that texture is important. But people have different textures that they prefer.
We’re bringing all this up, for the record, in preparation for the Witchetty Grub. The grubs themselves can be found beneath a Witchetty tree, and they’re cold and slippery. Yep, we don’t eat slippery foods, period. We mean, just look at them! Would you eat them?
