Soda plastic bottles are incredibly harmful in two ways: first, soda is really bad for your health and second, plastic bottles are bad for the environment. You can recycle them, but why not upcycle and reuse them instead?
This way, you don’t have to spend money on something new. This person repurposed soda bottles so they could use them as containers for pencils. Adding the zipper is a bit tricky, but well worth the effort. Small steps like this can really go a long way in reducing the impact of plastic.
